About the event
Girls Allowed host a Support Circle every 2 weeks, In collaboration with 'Kids Stuff Bristol'
Relax and unwind with some aromatherapy, Zen music, mindfullness activity sheets, relaxation stretching and a support circle to offload any worries or stress you may be carrying.
Hot and cold drink provided, biscuits provided.
Relaxation tools such as stress balls, fidgets and worry stones free to use during the session.
